Increasingly, a spate of actresses, supermodels, and offspring of political families have jumped over to the other side, entering or dabbling in the world of print and TV journalism. Meghan McCain

Meghan McCain, who has been blogging for The Daily Beast since 2009, was recently appointed as an MSNBC news analyst. An art history major, she previously had internships at Newsweek and Saturday Night Live. Ms. McCain is the oldest child of Senator John and Cindy McCain.
